This warranty ensures that if any manufacturing defects are discovered during the first 3 days of the product been delivered, we will address and resolve the issue in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty.
To avail yourself of the warranty service, you are required to deliver the product, either in its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal level of protection, to the designated address provided by us. In accordance with applicable laws, Studio Reverb may request proof of purchase details and/or adherence to other requirements before providing the warranty service. Rest assured, our aim is to ensure a smooth and efficient process in addressing any warranty-related concerns you may have.
Our support team will guide you through the claim process and provide you with the necessary instructions and support. Upon validating the warranty claim, we will either repair, replace, refund or provide an equivalent product, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.
Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
